Support custom views in Android Designer

It'd be great if we could use custom views in Android Designer. We can do that now, but all you get is a gray box. If we derive a custom view from TextView, it'd be great if the designer showed a TextView, even if it contains none of the customizations. Even better if there is a way to view and configure customizations from the designer.

Examples: a custom view which allows you to specify a custom TypeFace, or one that allows you to use SVG files on the fly (derived from ImageView).

Actually, on the custom typeface view, it'd really be a whole set of views (all the various text based inputs and whatnot). A set of those with a font manager (relatively easy to put together) could really be quite nice to have.
