Extend Xamarin to support F#.

It would be great if F# dlls (containing complex analytical code) could be referenced from Android and iOS projects.

As Miguel recently revealed on Hacker News (http://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=5251531), we are actively working on F# support for our products. We could potentially issue a beta of our F# support in the next few months.
