Support split screen with different files in Xamarin Studio

One thing I love in other IDE's is to be able to work on different files at once with a split screen, this feature is not in MonoDevelop neither in the brand new Xamarin Studio

I waited for this feature for years when developed with MonoDevelop for Unity3d. Now I'm developing with Xamarin Studio and still no changes. I have to open another editor like Sublime just because of it. Please implement this feature ASAP.

This is one of the things that is keeping me from being delighted with Xamarin Mobile as a total solution.

I too find this feature important, especially as a new Xamarin dev that needs to reference things they've done in other files. It would definitely make things easier for new developers to this platform. Especially when you consider they are used to this feature with a lot of other IDEs.

I think this is really useful feature and I've been surprised that XS does not support it.

IDK, might be over kill right now... but updating to GTK3 would probably make this type of thing better.

Please consider giving this suggestion a high priority. Like me, many developers find it useful to view parent and child methods (in different files) when stepping into methods while debugging. Thanks.
