Allow code collapsing in Xamarin Studio

Although all the old MonoDevelop keybindings seem to be there for code collapse in Xamarin Studio, my assigned keybindings don't work anymore. I definitely need that in Xamarin Studio for it to be my main IDE.

        Code folding should be enabled by default similar to Visual Studio and Mono Develop. Why would it not be on by default similar to other popular IDE?
