Buy out Mr.Gestures and include it in Xamarin so we can finally enjoy full-fledged gesture support
TapGestureRecognizer...want the coordinates of the tap...sorry.
PanGestureRecognizer...want the coordinates of the last pan point...sorry.
With Mr.Gestures this and so much more is DONE and DONE well! Please add this capability to Xamarin, it'll help spur Xamarin Development :)
Or...don't buy him out but provide first-class API that includes similar capabilities.
I'm not affiliated with Mr.Gestures in anyway, but am a fan of the library, but can't sell any components that I make that leverage his library without forcing my users to buy his license.

Please include this!!!
I am using Mr.Gestures and still don't understand why it is not part of XF.
Aside from the additional Swipe gesture support, his EventArgs provide crucial information that is required by any touch application. Especially the Touches array which provides the screen coordinates of every finger on the screen.

There is a demand for this:
Thanks for considering this upgrade Xamarin!

There are a ton of requests for this on Stack Overflow and even here, and they all pretty much end with "use MR.Gestures". Unfortunately that does have some downsides: (1) You have to use the MR.Gestures versions of the views (e.g. MR Gestures has it's own AbsoluteLayout, etc.), (2) it's not free and thus harder to resell components that use it, users need to buy 2 licenses, and (3) it's an extra library that exposes functionality I believe most developers would love to have in the base xamarin forms.
